Internal and external audit

• At the annual general meeting held on 5 May 2010, PricewaterhouseCoopers AG was appointed as auditor of Edisun Power Europe AG and group auditor.

• Patrick Balkanyi is the lead auditor for the existing audit mandate.

Information channels used by the external auditors

• The external auditors report their findings semi-annually to the audit committee of the Board of Directors.

• The audit committee of the Board of Directors monitors the performance, compensation and independence of the auditors on a regular basis.

• The audit committee regularly reports to the Board of Directors on the matters it has discussed.
